Ok maybe not all of them, but here are three of the biggest complaints we hear from travel advisors and what Ailyak is going to do about them.

Problem 1: You put countless hours into detailing each step of your clients trip, saving confirmations and documents for them, but when the trip comes they don’t see or can’t find those details and end up contacting you in a panic.

Ailyak Solution: Ailyak will be an app that your clients actually want to use, before, during and after their trip. While you are pulling together the itinerary they can spend time in the app researching the destination on their own-finding restaurants and experiences they want to try and saving them to their itinerary or trip board. The benefits of this are that 1.) research shows that planning the trip can sometimes be even MORE enjoyable than the trip itself. A client that is engaged in the planning process will be happier with the end result of their trip and get the chance to experience the joy of the planning process, while still letting you do the heavy lifting 😉. 2.) Since your client is used to using the app BEFORE their trip, they will know and remember that any details they need are saved there for them. This will eliminate the last-minute/after-hours texts and calls when they aren’t sure where their transfer is picking them up or what time check-in is. 

Problem 2: Spending too much time pulling quotes/options together when clients are in the “pre-planning” stage (i.e. they know they want to book a trip, they just aren’t sure where).

Ailyak Solution: When your client is in their discovery phase, you want to be able to show them multiple properties and destinations in one proposal. It should be easy for your client to scroll through and understand the details of each option (cost, room type, activities in destination, etc). Since you already have your go-to favorites and are constantly being introduced to new properties you can save them on your Ailyak globe so they are at your fingertips when you want to recommend them. With just a couple of clicks, you can pull your favorite properties from your globe, enter the current rates for different room categories, and share them with your client. Since Ailyak is powered by Google, the information you save on your globe will always be up-to-date and accurate and since you have saved recommendations on a globe, they will already be organized by location-making it super easy for your client to understand their choices. Plus, you can add your own notes and details when you save or share to give your client their personalization and expert advice they are looking for.

Problem 3: Information overload!! You attend conferences, you get feedback from clients, and most importantly you TRAVEL. You are an expert in your field and have so many amazing restaurants, vendors, properties, tips and experiences to share with your client, but those contacts and details can be impossible to save and organize in a way that makes them easy to use in the future.
