Welcome to Ailyak, the efficient and user-friendly tool with a comprehensive back-end system designed to assist travel agents in managing clients and bookings. Before you begin using our platform, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing or using Ailyak, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
1.1. These Terms govern your use of Ailyak, and any new features or functionalities added to the service unless explicitly stated otherwise. 1.2. Ailyak reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after the modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms.
User Eligibility
2.1. Ailyak is intended for use by registered travel agents or authorized travel agency representatives only.
2.2. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or your agency to these Terms.
Account Registration
3.1. To access Ailyak’s features, you must create an account.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Use of Ailyak
4.1. Ailyak grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of managing your travel agency clients and bookings.
4.2. You agree not to use Ailyak for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
4.3. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of Ailyak or its servers.
Client and Booking Data
5.1. As part of using Ailyak, you may store and manage client and booking data on the platform.
5.2. You retain ownership of your data, and Ailyak will not share or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
5.3. Ailyak employs reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your login credentials and data.
Payment and Fees
6.1. Some features of Ailyak may require payment of fees as specified in the platform.
6.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees promptly and in full.
6.3. Ailyak may modify the fees or introduce new charges, and such changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Intellectual Property
7.1. Ailyak and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws and are the sole property of Ailyak.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Ailyak without prior written consent from Ailyak’s authorized representatives.
Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. Ailyak is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2. Ailyak does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content on the platform.
8.3. Your use of Ailyak is at your own risk, and you understand that Ailyak is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
9.1. In no event shall Ailyak be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9.2. Ailyak’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of Ailyak, if applicable.
Termination
10.1. Ailyak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason.
10.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Ailyak, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Front (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Front Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service.
